Mental performance coaching for tennis

In tennis you are alone on the court: no subs, no teammates, and your mind can work for you or against you point by point. I help you build between-point routines, handle nerves when serving for the match and get out of slumps mid-match.

Sound familiar?

What we work on most in tennis.

Mental performance work in tennis is pure training: you train your mind like you train your serve.

Serving for the match

You are up 5-4 and suddenly your arm feels twice as heavy.

Negative self-talk

You talk to yourself worse than you would talk to anyone else.

Blowing leads

You were up 5-2 and you don't know when it turned around.

Frustration with errors

One unforced error and the whole set slips away.

Tournament and ranking anxiety

You look at the draw, the points, the next opponent… and forget to play.

Coming back from injury

You protect your shoulder so much that you stop hitting through the ball.

What we train

Your mind, at the level of your game.

With a mental performance coach who knows tennis, the work is concrete: tools you can use at your next match.

  • Routines between points and on changeovers
  • Self-talk and frustration management
  • Tools to close out matches
  • Mental planning for tournaments
  • Confidence on big points
