About me
I help athletes train their mind as seriously as they train their body. And I do it from a place I know well: I run too, I get nervous at the start line, and I learned to make those nerves work for me.

My story
Before working in sport psychology, I was (and still am) an athlete. I know the anxiety of the night before, the self-talk that shows up at mile four and the satisfaction of crossing the finish line. That experience is what I bring to every athlete I work with.
I trained as a psychologist in Argentina and specialized in sport psychology. In the US, I work as a Mental Performance Professional: performance coaching for athletes, not therapy or clinical care. My approach is warm, practical and tailored to each sport.

How I work
Every session ends with something to use at your next practice or game.
A penalty corner is not a match point. I work with the language and the key moments of your sport.
You are a person before you are an athlete. Performance matters, and so does your well-being.
